When i first put my 1j together it idled at -20in vacuum.. It idled the same after i singled it.. Then i put some BC 264's in there and it idled with a hunt at -15in.. I had the car parked about 2weeks, and the battery was low so i changed the battery and when i started the car up it now idles...

Anyone running a full tanabe catback around these power ranges ? I m pretty set for 600hp w/ a gt4088 and full 3inch exhaust but inside the resonator the diameter dips to about 2.65-2.75 inches in the exhaust system... will this hinder the power capabilities or will it not affect it much ?

I turned the car on today and it gave me a 550-600ish idle... I raise the idle to 900, wen finished i rev the car to about 4k and let it drop and the idle drops to 900 then gradually keeps going right back down to 650ish... And wen i turn my fogs, and or headlights on the idle drops another...
