Aem or ems 6860 ???

The time has come for me to finish my setup. and im bouncing between these 2 Engine management systems. Does anyone have any feed back on both ? what are advantages and disadvantages ? Thanks in advance

Driftmotion now sells the aem v2 for the 1jz for 1250. 1275 for the soarer/chaser with an adapter harness.

I just saw this... WOW so im assuming the aem unit is just overall better than ems 6860 ?

The AEM That we used was the Honda box. Its a great unit but it cant park the Iddle motor as it doesn't have that circuit build in. All JZ engines use a Stepper motor and the Honda box can't control the Main relay like the Toyota ECU does to park it in the right spot. We have now switch to another AEM box that we modify to make full use of all factory like functions. But to answer your question, Yes the AEM unit is better then the EMS 6860.
