On cold start the car shifts butter smooth thru out the whole power band.. After about 20 minutes of driving, If i come to a stop, It will Not got into first smoothly.. Id have to Bounce it around a few other gears first and then it will go into first.. Sometimes ill try to put it in first and you will here a *THUNK* sounds like its coming from the rear end. What can this be ?

if you are sure the clutch is completly disengaging: thrust washer might be bent or deformed/broken

you'll have to open it up

Im not sure if its disengaging at all.. But if it was a thrust washer it would be a continuous problem and not temperature reliant.. This problem only happens after 30 mins or so of driving... Cold shifts are butter smooth and perfect.. Currently running Redline Mt90 FIY

the clutch fluid could be really dirty and somewhat failing in the slave at opperating temp. Its sounds strange but it can happen.
