First off, my car is a 7m and for the longest time it would only boost to maybe 5.5-6 lbs. of boost. Then (about a week ago) it started to overheat and I noticed my overflow tank had grey mud in it so today i did a coolent flush and cleaned it with PEAK coolent acid, now i got 6.5 lbs. all day...
What does it mean when your itake system whistles when your turbo starts spooling (gradually louder) and then chirps so to speek when you let off? My engine is completely stock with no aftermarket BOV.

So i just swapped a motor into my 88T and happened to notice a red plug on what i believe is a vaccum line. Every thing did and still seems to be running fine but the plug started to melt out of the tube. Can anyone tell me if it belongs there or should it be connected to something?

Ok, so i have a slight promblem with my passenger window. It will not go up with either switch (driver side or passenger). Down works great and drivers window goes up and down. I popped the shroud and the switch off and cleaned up the plug but nothing happened. It must be stupid simple...fill...
My 88 has been siezed since i bought it and has been sitting for going on 3months now. I know i need to rebuild the motor and probably has a warped out head but i really want to get in running if possible just to say it moves, lol. Any suggestions, mystery oil, breaker bar?
