Poboy: awesome wheels! Good sizing! Where did you find them?

Wanna trade them for my Hre 545?

Thanks buddy! I waited about 2 months for these and just installed them, no trades anytime soon.

http://www.vrwheels.com/ , talk to Jeff at jdmwheels@gmail.com he made me exactly what I wanted and was very easy to work with. I think they're in your neck of the woods too! Mine were originally gold centred 18's, but I had Jeff change the rear offsets(new barrels/lips) and refinish the centers to Panasport silver.

would it be possible to fit 10.5X18 23 offset it the rear with a 275 or 285 tire with just a roll not pulling the fender?

Yes. It will fit fine. How low you can go without a pull is different.

Help me out guys, this is what I have in mind,

Front 18 x 8.75 +20 with a 225/35r18

Rear 18 x 10.25 +20 with a 285/35r18

Should I go with a wider tire up front? Who has pictures with similar specs?

I used 225s on my 16x6.5 Miata wheels, and in fact still am...8.75 is too wide for them. I personally prefer taller sidewalls as well, but I cant talk since I just bought a set of 255 and 265/35/18s myself.

But isn't 225/35 have a 3" side wall? What do you recommend? Does the rear look good?

Havent installed them yet to check. Caliper says theyre right about 2" tall. My plan was originally 245/45/17 or 245/50/16 front, something like that. I'd say a 40 or 45 sidewall would be better for straight line traction. All depends on what your goals are

Ugh I hate tire math, I'm lowered 1.5 inches and I want a fat drag staggered look but no crazy fender modification. Im happy with the rim specs too btw
