Thats a big job buddy... looks like you dont have a good shop to do it in either. I mounted my PS reservoir next to the battery. I think its a Nissan part but its been a few years. Welded a custom bracket for it too....

Well you know that some people say that the fine point on an iridium plug generates a hot spot that causes preignition/detonation. I guess you could look at the electrode to see if its fat enough to spread the heat out. A thin piece of metal sticking out may be hotter than one that doesnt.....
Im not convinced that mounting the injector on the runner itself would be better. Once the manifold is mated to the head the injector sprays directly into the port. Its location on the flange is ideal IMO
Well, as long as you can emulate the inputs/outputs of the car it shouldnt be too difficult, but I think you are just making this hard on yourself.
Just put it in the car or:
Run pressurized fuel lines to engine
Ignitor/Distributor
Brace engine stand
Look at wiring diagram and copy...
Bombing isnt going to work for you. Go get a big jug of the Ortho Home Defense and spray your car down with it a few times over a couple of days. Then rinse it off with water so that you dont expose yourself to the chemical. It kills em fast
Been there done that. I bought a shitbeater Paseo...
Or you just have a relay with two separate outputs big enough to handle the current draw. The relay im using has a single input with two power outputs. It is controlled with the original wiring by a coil output from my AEM.
The point is that you have to put in two separate wires going into...
I just finished the install of my dual MKIV pump setup.
I had a set of twin Walbros but one of them seized up and left me stranded. Since they were wired on the same circuit, I couldnt isolate one without disconnecting them both.
It was very difficult to fit both of them in but I got it to work.
One thing you have to keep in mind is that eventually the filter is going to become a restriction for your fuel system. I went with an aeromotive fuel filter with a cleanable wire mesh. Its got -8 feeds on it.
The walbro is pretty loud and failed me once. I dont want to get back in the tank...
Of course it would depend on how you had it wired. If you have both pumps wired to the same feed you have the benefit of your motor not running at all.
Or, you could just run lean because you dont know that ONE of the pumps shit and couldnt keep up...
I have a set of Walbros wired in parallel. One of the pumps failed and left me stranded. This pump has less than 200 hours of use. This is a legit pump.
I think the failure was due to the pump cavitating. Fuel economy isnt too good yet - still tuning. I left myself a bit short on fuel but...
I agree with Scott in the fact that I think your RPM issue has to do with the way your CPS is wired. I think you are very close to getting this running the way you want to. You could go back to the distributor and tune it but you will be right back here trying to get the CPS to work again if you...
