Nick, I think the question is about keeping stock fan or if electric fans are needed. Just my 2 cents sorry, because I havent the answer.

Got the same with mine when I went poly bushing. That is available in genuine shop. Be careful, not the same part for left and right side, plus reference is not in there latest EPC software (at least in France), they 'll have to look in the old. EPC. I can give you the reference if needed...
