Agreed with that (obviously), it is the correct answear.
Also agreed with previous IndigoMKII statement
Windows calculator make this mistake:
40 + 40 * 0 + 1=
80 * 0 + 1=
0+1=
1
BTW, I can't see how one can get 81!
Too much fuel, less power.
As soon as TCCS goes open loop, it's dumping fuel.
You can probably reduce fuel pressure if you don't want to screw the afm screw tune. Try to read Vf with a voltmeter..
As I told in your Standalone project thread, you need to tune your fuel pressure to help TCCS learn fuel trim correctly passed 3800 RPM or > 48% throttle.
Here is a useful reading : http://suprasonic.org/lexusriemer/lexusnotes.html
Thanks for your answer. So we cannot force TCCS to run closed loop.
So if we want closed loop, we need to have a piggyback allowing this, and to think about the reliable way taking into consideration the learned TCCS open loop table...
Hi Mr Pi,
I found the post below explaining the switch from open to closed loop at cold start, and another one during hot start.
I'd like to know how does the TCCS switch from closed to open loop during load.
I'm dreaming about this switch been only because of the narrowband lambda, and...
... or the sensor is not preheated (---) or there is some humidity around it.
If the sensor is an accurate one and installed correctly, as IJ said, it's to lean.
Moreover, the narrow band O2 sensor used by TCCS is cold for a longer time than your wideband. At cold start, you may monitor Vf...
I read the spec on hks-Europe, and dans cannot see the data logging feature you've talked so much about on previous pages.
By the way, features are very nice ;-)
Hey, nice plan.
I have the very same idea than you about data logging.
Here is what I come with, with tenth the budget of a standalone: http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1911771
It should be ready before my engine rebuilt ;-)
Got the very same problem some month ago. In the long run it reveals a BHG, plus gaz in water and water in oil (then wore bearings).
The cooling system was in pressure (too much), sometimes heater ol sometimes not, then more and more coolant consumed, got my radiator cap gasket broken and...
Hi,
This thread is almost 2 years old I know, but I plan to run E85, and I'm rebuilding my 7MGTE, with all OEM parts.
I'd like to have a feedback on this setup please, almost for the "high" compression ratio (thinking about replacing my piston with NA ones for the purpose). How did the 7MGE-T...
