    I was speaking about increasing the gain, that mean, after reading the quick start guide (thanks google), decreasing Response Value (RSP). Reducing Over Boost Value (OPT) may also help.

    Is there a gain setting on your boost controller? You probably want to play with it. Increase the gain until boost is not steady then decrease a bit. I'm not sure, but it may help

    Oups sorry, didn't read correctly it was a 7MGE :( It may also be related to power steering. It seems to be an hydrolic part. I have no other idea, see other's answers ;) Hope you'll sort that out.

    Am I wrong with the fuel pump been started by the maf here? And all that, with light throttle to avoid turbo over speed. Please could gurus confirm?

    Because engine will sump air from the piping and not from the maf so no metered air to start fuel pump and let TCCS make calculation. If you want to start just to move the car from the shop, you have to unplug the maf. If you want to move around you need to route the maf to the intake.

    No, I mean that cap won't let coolant go in the tank when engine warms, and that create a pressure.

    Maybe the cap doesn't work properly. If it doesn't open, pressure won't go in the overflow tank.
