I was speaking about increasing the gain, that mean, after reading the quick start guide (thanks google), decreasing Response Value (RSP).
Reducing Over Boost Value (OPT) may also help.
Is there a gain setting on your boost controller?
You probably want to play with it. Increase the gain until boost is not steady then decrease a bit.

It may also be related to power steering. It seems to be an hydrolic part.
I have no other idea, see other's answers ;) Hope you'll sort that out.
Because engine will sump air from the piping and not from the maf so no metered air to start fuel pump and let TCCS make calculation.
If you want to start just to move the car from the shop, you have to unplug the maf. If you want to move around you need to route the maf to the intake.

If my understanding is good, the cap has 2 functions:
A check valve let coolant going from expansion tank to radiator under vaccum
A pressure valve (0,9bars or more for aftermarket cap) let coolant going back from radiator to expansion tank when...
