It makes little sense I know ;) and I may misunderstood the ECT and TCCS work. But isn't timing change the balance point between combustion chamber temp and exhaust gaz temp ?

It may not be the Turbo.. I understand it appears when you swap gearboxes. Did you check your timing? I think the ECU pull timing when shifting speed on an A/T.. Depending on your wiring, 7MGTE ECU may constantly thinks box is shifting..

It was a real question, not to argue, because about warming up I have always got both advice. If it was to argue, I wouldn't take time to write then. At work, I'm building ECS for V12 to V18 4000 to 10000HP (no typo) emergency diesel generators, and engine, generator, and electrical auxiliaries...

Then if engine is warmed up can we threw power on cold gearbox, drive train, and brakes? Did he built the cooling system of your supra?

In addition, I'm pretty sure knock sensors have to match the ECU and harness, and IIRC TPS and ECU have to match the transmission. Other sensors are compatible over years.

If you want to be flex fuel, you need a Fuel Composition Sensor also called Flex Fuel Sensor. GM sensors are known to be the best (but expensive). I don't know about AEM ems, but here a useful reading : http://www.megamanual.com/flexfuel.htm
