seems unlikely to me that the coolant is getting into your oil through the turbo. it is also possible to have a leaking head gasket and still get a good compression reading. I would keep an eye on the coolant level, and smell your exhaust. If its sweet smelling...big trouble, if its using...
what a cool event! this is the kind of events that will inspire me to drive again! Will there be more of these in 2010??
Thunderhill is an AWESOME track, with some great rythm sections.
hard to say what happened with the fuel pump...but I recommend NOT using a walbro. They seem to have a higher than acceptable (by my standards) failure rate. When I went with a new pump I used a MKIV pump rather than the cheap easy (until it breaks once) route.
be careful! the sensor grounds itself by being bolted into the exhaust, i crossed a one of the heater wires with the signal wire and had to solder a new component into my ecu. I recommend just getting a new 3 wire sensor and not having any trouble to years / fried ecu.

did you jumper for codes? Sounds like a injector cleaning would be a good idea since dirty injectors can ruin an expensive engine. Also agree the ECU seems like a issue, will it run if you hold it open, or does it die no matter what?

thanks for the tips. What should I check in the alternator (sorry if that seems stupid) and basically the only wiring for the alternator should be a line between the fuse box and the alt. correct?
Well, took my car out to get some brews. Get home, and its running great, park out side my garage to go open the house. When I come out to re start the car I flip the lights on and she wants to stumble and not idle at all. Pull the ecu and find this. This is my 2nd ECU. I have a sick...
