    91 JZA70 vs. STI

i dont race sti/ evo from dig, but from any type of roll even 2nd gear I was putting lengths on them with BPU, and stock twins with serious oil seal problems. When we would pull over id let my car smoke like crazy and let them know they just lost to a 20 year old car with blown turbos. Learn to...

    My JZA70 Track Times

    1JZ Swap? Worth it?

if you plan on drifting a 1jz would likely be better suited than a 2jz and also less expensive since they come with the 5 speed and bell housing if u get a clip. I say the 1jz would be better due to its higher rev potential. If you just check out what the D1 guys are driving there are more 1jz...

Lack of Acceleration ( Whered that pull go)

replace the BOV. As you get used to driving the car it will feel slower even though it isnt. As stated before the recent rise in temp in the bay will also steal some power. I also had the same thing psyche me out a few times even though my car was fine i was lookin for problems. ~scott

    Got a blown turbo :(

I had the exact thing happen, my seals were bad from day 1 with my clip. I watched oil consumption and oddly enough I only had to add about half a quart every 3000 miles which was all i drove my car even though i had alot fo smoke at idle. Just be mindful and save your money. 935 has...

pig rich 1j map and 550s?

ok, well tomorrow ill tackle it with 2jz map and safcII. Ijust was hoping that id only be using the safcII to adjust 80% < throttle with a 2jz map, but i guess that was wishful thinking. ~scott
