I made 310 rwhp with a 3" turbo back, FMIC, hard pipes, K&N intake, and a SAFCII @ 13 psi. thats with twins that would start to smoke after 30 seconds at idle.

i also had trouble learning how to use my electronic boost controller (profec A hahahahaa) if you can get the user manual I recommend going through it.
yes they are fixed. not sure about the epoxy route on the coil pack, but my car was doing the same thing. gapped to .026 and loving it sorry I forget what speficially what plug I am running, but NGKs are the way to go.
