Ultimate HP on a dyno really isn't a good indicator of performance.
A well tuned standalone will make the same HP if not more and will be as driveable or better than stock not to mention will return MUCH better economy while being driven hard!

I used the JDM H4 housings and the glare was an enormous issue (Front of the car was a big ball of light) but the Aussie H4's have a front mount reflector as part of our design rules so the pattern is MUCH better (still not optimum but good enough to be functional)

AJ: Most production cars tend to "Open the Taps" after 75% throttle for self preservation (They go full rich)
Not the best scenario for making power, I'd look at others with the same mods and see what they made at the same boost.
I've never dyno'd a GTE but it sounds about right to me as well.

Yep it should have a harness but it may be hacked up a bit depending on how carefully it's been removed.
No idea on price you'd have to search a bit to get an idea.
