What's the max boost a HKS EVCII can achieve?

Furthermore, everyone seems to run out of wastegate spring long before they run out of capacity on the boost controller.

will a generic intercooler sized at 48x3x6 keep my ct26 cool at 320ish hp

If you can make it fit, it should work fine. That's really big. Big enough that I suspect it's going to cost you more than $150 to make it fit.

    Hitting boost cut I think

Boost leak *causes* fuel cut. Yes, this is what it sounds like. No may about it. You're wrong. Check your facts before posting in the tech sections - no guessing or "I heard" in here, please.

Overheating issue, searches suggest BHG but I'm not convinced!!!

No, but I can guess what it is, and I'd never use it in an engine I care about.

Well, there is a silver lining in every cloud, I guess. Waterpump & belt cost less than a new alternator! :D

    Hitting boost cut I think

So, you're adding fuel using the afc? Do you know how the afc adds fuel? It artificially increases the Karmen Vortex Hz signal to the ECU, so the ECU thinks there is more air coming into the engine, and adds more fuel to compensate. So... you're essentially using the AFC to increase the Hz...

Shallow Gauges to Mount in Stock Location?

Funny, I picked up the same autometer boost gauge myself, and mounted it in the stock location. Took a bit of work with a dremel and a glue gun, but it wasn't that tough.

Oil Leak between timing cover/head patchable?

This is why I say that in practice, it's unlikely to match up with the theory. :)

Got rain water in my Supra, should i remove the carpet?

I should point out that I didn't invent this process ... I simply borrowed it from all the professional car detailers that need to dry out a car after they use a pressure washer to blast the doorjambs, carpets, etc. First time I saw 'em cleaning a car like that I was dumbfounded.

Oil Leak between timing cover/head patchable?

In theory, you could pull the front of the engine apart and pull the rear timing cover out from underneath the head while it is still torqued down to the block. In reality, I suspect that this would be extremely challenging.

Cripes... dude, there are several things wrong with this post. First up, read the link in my signature. Learn to use punctuation, capitalization, and use a spell check, for crying out loud. When you're asking for our help, it's the least you can do to show respect. On the subject of asking...
