How Can I increase Boost?

Hi I have a 1990 supra 7mgte with a T04 how can i increase boost and at the same time HP so i can go faster all that without dameging the engine and with the stock ecu

You can start by getting a boost controller (manual or electric). Also make sure you have a quality boost gauge so you don't over boost and destroy your engine.
