I was told it was a precision PT63 turbo. Is there anyway to confirm this. I know it says precision But can anyone confirm that thats what it is. No other marking other than what's pictured.
I am putting the shift light in and have a problem. I am not 100% on were to hook the wire in to read the rpm's signal. I looked at the pin layout on my AEM manual and don't see it. Any one give me a hand on were to tap this wire in at?
Now I have read BOV 101 and Im not really looking for all the clutter. What I want to know is this. I am running a FFIM with 3" I/C piping hot & cold. I will run daily 15 psi and run as high as my setup will allow at track. Turbo is a Turbonetics T78. I want a BOV that will hold up. I am...
Not sure if anyone is willing to do this but I have one.
Looking for a pre-89 with the paint color of the below pic. With black trim. clear corners, And black MKIV TT wheels.
Thanks in advance if this is done.
So I am fixing to get my trim in. Though maybe I should go ahead and start the bodywork and paint before putting in interier seeing how I am going to a completely different color. I have seen not many if any MKIII matte color. I was thinking of silver with everything blacked out. OR Black with...
I am wiring up my car now. I Have to run a wire from my N2O control box to my TPS signal wire so it activates at WOT. I just don't know what color the wire is or what pin at the tps its at to do so. I would rather do this now before putting power to the system.
One thing I am curious about is the location of my sensors. I have the AEM, AIT & MAP sensor. I also have the nozzle for the N2O. wanna make sure I don't put anything were it will not function right.
I had intentions of putting the N2O nozzle about 5 inches from the TB. And the MAP & AIT...
Well I finally got my motor and tranny down in the bay. My problem is I have one mount flush against the frame plate. the other is about 1/2 -3/4 inch off. As If they are each about 1/4 to 3/8 to short each. Now I did get a second motor. I assumed it was an 88 as thats what I asked for. Is there...
Well got my battery box in the trunk. Run my wire. HOWEVER I see the wire from the starter but there is another wire that connects to the + as well. Anyone have a picture of this wire as well as were it leads to. I am afraid I removed it thats why I cant find it. OR i have it mixed up with...
Is there a problem not running a dump tube? Just the open side of the wastgate? I have one but my Downpipe will not let me use it. Having a TH350 has made making more room an issue. As im sure it can be done Not really wanting to redo all of it.
Now I have heard all the bla bla you'll shoot your eye out kid about why not to and I don't care. What Im looking for is some details on the proportioning valve and lines. Anyone who has done it wanna chime in and give me some direction on were you got the parts. As much detail you have, it is...

Can I use this to power my gauges and other things like boost controller, turbo timer, and NOS window switch? So I don't have to tap into so many wires and stay out of my fuse box.
Think this would work?
O.K so I know there are alot of threads on seats. After looking all over and thinking about my options I am now trying to decide either fixed or reclining. I have read about both. Guys on here have said that reclining seats are not safe for racing. It just has to be legal at the drag strip. This...
I am running a single -8 to the rail and a -6 to the fpr and back to the tank. Do i have to run duel feed or can I plug the #2 fuel feed and only use the #1 or vice versa?
Installing the AEM ecu and a TH350 there are now going to be extra connectors and wires.
What is the recommended method of handling these? Would it be to cut and cap each wire, relocate them and tie them up out of the way and out of site? I just don't want it cluttered with all the plugs. I...
