thanks guys. Yes I agree the front could be a +30 with that tyre size i recon.. but it still works great.
nothing with the fenders, only rolled the lip up.
Im on HSD HR Coilovers. Soon to be other gear going in so I can have more front negative camber and tighten it all up.
The Aerokit is some Tracer sideskirts and rearbar. Front is pre 88 conversion nose with a fibre glass 32gtr front glued on.
Had it like this for Years. :)
Always seems to get a look.

for those wondering, I normally roll like this:
Koya Black Driftteks
Front - 17 x 9.5 +18 235/45 tyre @1.75deg neg camber (its nice and flush)
Rear - 17 x 9.5 +18 235/45 tyre (this is sad I know, I am literally going to price some 255/40 or 265/40 tyres now!) so dont hate!

^^^ This is one of the best pics that shows the fitment... its a bit dirty in this image.

P.S. you may have seen these pics before as i have put them up on a thread somewhere.

thanks

ok. I read almost every page of this thread and check a lot of rolling video on youtube. What i understand is this :
Rolling is to bend in the up the small part of the fender going to the inside? Is that correct? (Sorry, my first language is not english so that not easy with technical terms)
Because what is confusing me is that people talk about a small roll or a big roll. Does a small roll is to put the metal lip i'm talking about at 45degree instead of 90? (90 degree would be completely recrop on the inside). That would sound stupid to not roll it completely if you do it so that's i why i'm confused. I think i may be wrong.

Lets me explain this please.

thanks

I did some researching and can't find the answers I'm looking for. I picked up a set of Starion wheels in 16x7 and 16x8 (factory offset, I guess...) and have my 225/50r16 Sumitomo's mounted on them. I have the 7's on the front and 8's on the back and they rub (ONLY IN THE BACK SO FAR...) when going into corners, on a dig, and uneven pavement due to the staggering. I am lowered using the Eibach Pros and Tokico Illumina IIs which is not an unusual setup on here, and yet I can't figure out how other people can run these wheels without rubbing. I checked all the local performance tire shops, and they tell me that 225/50r16 is the lowest size I can go on 16x8's. Is that actually true?

Here are pics of my ride as it is now.

You could go all the way down to 205 on an 8" wheel. The tire will have a slight stretch. No stretch on a 215

I'm looking to get new rims. I'm going with 19"

The Fronts 19 x 8.5 +35 Tire are 245/35 19"
The Back 19 x 9.5 +25 or +40 Tire are 275/35 19"

Which offset should I go with for the back +25 or +40?

is there any reason why a wheel marked as being 5x114.3 wouldnt fit on my supra?
picked up some mrr gt1s and they wont go on for some reason current wheels are some unknown honda wheels( they came with the car)

Ok. I'm going with +25 for the back. The wheels I'm getting are ESM-004 (Silver) from ESM wheels.

dammit im hella pissed these mrr gt-1 s arent bolting up.......... there supposedly the right bolt pattern but the holes are more spaced apart then wat the should be. the hub bore is bigger then stock so could that be why the holes are spaced further apart?

Hub bore isn't an issue. Bigger than stock bore is fine...just need hub centric rings. You don't have the right bolt pattern. Probably a 5x120

if the bolt holes are not lining up then its not the same bolt pattern.
