how do i install one and what do i need to get to make it right?also what size of pipe should be used?ps*** sorry to be a pest with all of these questions but just like everyone else im learning.

There is a stickie about NA to turbo swaps ahould have everything you need to know.

I ran a FMIC as a cold air intake on my N/A. It looked like this:

Then ran down into this:

Then the filter was right at the foglight. I got bored and did this lol.

Intercoolers are for Turbo motors where the discharge temp from the Turbo is XX degrees above ambient temp, a good one will drop that temp down to ambient +5>10c

Your "idea" is to take ambient air and run it through an IC making it ambient at the other end..... can you see the flaw with this logic?

running an intercooler on an n/a has got to be the most stupid idea ever!!! Not to mention the rice factor!

LOL that has got to be one huge friggin restriction in air flow!!!

Just bolt an intercooler in the front and dont plumb it in. Refuse to open the hood and all the kids on the street will think the most of it.
