Epic thread is epic. An intercooler is a part with an obvious purpose for existence. It is staggering how many people do not understand how it works. I only wish that this was the first time I've seen this done or discussed. Sadly I see it fairly regularly.

To the OP: I'd suggest spending many hours reading up on basics first. I can't tell you how little I knew even just a few years ago. This site and how stuff works and even wikipedia are great resources.

Jeeze I get bored, tell about it, and get bashed lol. Ok seems an explanation is in order lol. I used my red 86.5 to fab FMIC brackets for my 89 turbo car. I had some extra piping so I figured what the hell i'd hook it up to the intake. It was hooked up for 2 days before I switched it to my 89.
