D'oh!!! Gotcha... that too! Yeah, the mileage recorded will be off if you switch guages. If you recalibrate for a different face the odometer's reading will be off, as in one mile won't represent one actual mile of travel.

You don't need to calibrate the speedo if you're just swapping it out for a 160MPH speedo. You might be able to recalibrate the 150MPH speedo, but your odometer and trip meter will be off.

The guages are different. If you're familiar with the local juck yard you could just go look for one there. I got mine for about $10 (the entire cluster).
