I say if you traded and it blew on the guy you traded it to and then that guy should fix it. Its pretty well known what kind of problem these cars have. shouldnt cost more than maybe 300 max to simply pull head resurface/pressure test and slap a new oem hg on.
How low is it?
My h&r's settled after like 2 weeks of driving about half an inch - 1 inch.
Bump stops are only there so you dont bottom out the shock. Usually your supposed to cut them in half when you lower vehicles. You could be bottoming out your shocks which cracked your bump stop which...
Cruising you should be at like -17 and when you get on it it will go to what ever your boosting to. If your going up hill and you give it a little more gas to maintain speed it might go up to 0-2psi.
