You could flush the cooler out really good, buy a b&m(any brand) oil cooler, or spend that 600 on a full flow oil cooler circuit. Last one would be the best idea.

1.40psi at 3k is good. 2.Toyota only. not something you want to skimp on. You either have to pull the engine or drop the sub frame to get the pan off.

Watch your oil. When mine were bad and i drove it cold it would eat like 2 qts until it warmed up. When the engine cold starts it should rev up to 1300-1500 rpms and then slowly go down to idle.
