so basically you want to limit your self to 600 hp ok but knocking something that has proven it self and has been "IJ" tested s just wrong and i for one hate knock offs. But i would run a ssac mani becuase it has proven itself and no one out there will make a mani that will do the same for less...
Which is a ssac mani which a lot of people use and have had success with. Its not like there is a mass produced t4 custom mani that is under 500. Any custom exhaust mani for the 7m is well over 1k.

All 7m engines has whole for egr. All jdm engines have block off plates. Take the block off plates off and bolt up the egr.
Would be best to just invest in a cheap bigger b&m oil cooler as the radiator has a lot of heat coming from it and remote mounting a separate oil cooler like stock does...
You have some boost leaks and a tps problem i know that but i forgot what 14 means i think it has something to do with fuel.
Edit: Afm could be bugging out to throwing the 34.
Yes egr could have effected it. The ecu thinks there is x amount of unburned fuel coming in from egr and adds that to the afr.
Always resurface and pressure check a head when doing a bhg. Its standard practice and it REALLY shouldnt cost more than 60.
