Engine temp will not matter since your measuring intake air temp. Afm's do not need to warm up.

Is the engine a jdm engine? The 87 will work but if you have a jdm sending unit it will fry the gauge son and you try to start the gauge.

Did you use a jdm oil pressure sensor? If yes, then yes replace the gauge and sending unit(usdm) as hopefully you just blew out the gauge.

Hold your hand feel for air with the hood open. Not much you can do but listen when driving. I have a type s and its loosened all the way with a 57 trim. P.s. 57 trims spool quick.

What turbo are you running? Loosen it as much as possible. Just make sure no air comes at idle and it doesnt open before full boost.

I could guess. As posted earlier stock hg, prolly stock head bolts, and prolly stock head bolt torque. Really it might be a stock 7m that hasn't had its head changed.
