Cant shim bearings. Either have to get different sized bearings or different drive shaft.

Dont worry about the shock. It wont effect anything for an alignment.

The honeycomb is attached to the afm. Never seen one not come with it. The electronics on the other hand is a different story..

Check to make sure upper shock mount nut didn't come loose. Sub frame cracked?

Your supposed to spray it separate. Just painted some things on a friends 87 pearl white car.

Do you have a shimmy in the steering or something?

What kind of noise is it? clunk, clink, tink, bang, boom, etc?

Pearl white came from 87-91. Its not a additive to the paint and costs just as much as the white paint. You will need white paint, pearl, and clear. You spray the white, then the pearl and then clear it. 50/50 white/reducer and 50/50 pearl/reducer and not mixed together. Its a 3 stage paint job.

I agree. Soft vac lines on the bov will pinch shut. Also put your hand where the bov vents and see if you feel air coming out at idle. If you have a stock bov would try putting that on to make sure ts not the knock off causeing the problem. Check your tps too as that will effect idle.

Was the head pressure checked when you did the hg last time? What kind of head gasket was used? What kind of machine work was done? Sure it coolant wasnt getting into the intake some how other than the hg? Pressure test, compression test, block test first next time.

I always get them from a junkyard usually.

Cant replace the honeycomb either.

This has been a "known" problem. Weld it up and reinforce it.

Ya the coolant rings on all the cylinders dont look that bad for a bhg, but the only real problem i see is with the firing rings between no1&2.
