You dont need anything from the stock afm unless the lex housing doesnt have the electronics. All the electronics are the same.
If you look through the housing you will see a screw, look on the outside and you will see a plug, gently drill...
Has to be off ls400 or sc400 with a 1uz-fe motor.
You dont need anything to tune with as you can tune your afrs with a wideband, afpr, and the adjustment screw on the afm housing.
Dont need to replace the fuel lines but it would be wise to run new wires for the pump.

Pull the efi fuse so your not dumping fuel into the cylinders, and crank till you see oil pressure if you have a gauge or for a while, put fuse back in a start.
