I recently hard wired my CPS, and that's all good whenever the car cranks it starts instantly so thats all fine and dandy. Only thing I have is just noticed today and it's probably happened to me a few times in the last year or so, you turn the key, you hear a click, but no crank... or...
It doesn't look to me like you have a lot of strain on your motor as far as cooling capacity goes as the setup looks pretty stock, what prompted you to upgrade your radiator?
Like said in here, the CPS was what caused my hell with starting yet it was something so simple after i've now hard wired the wires by bypassing the plug.
Check my thread here to see how mine looked, if yours look slightly pulled or twisted then that needs to get fixed.

Power is not much, it's 170rwkw I have a 3" turbo back, fuel cut defender, mhg, upgraded CT26 and running it at 10psi. To come is my better intercooler installed and an engine bay looking somewhat like this...
I think it is pretty self evident how bad two of the wires had been basically snapped and unplugged almost... missing a lot of what's needed I guess to get a proper current across. Surprisingly the wiring on the CPS side has a new-ish feel where its not as stiff etc...
