It doesn't look to me like you have a lot of strain on your motor as far as cooling capacity goes as the setup looks pretty stock, what prompted you to upgrade your radiator?

Like said in here, the CPS was what caused my hell with starting yet it was something so simple after i've now hard wired the wires by bypassing the plug. Check my thread here to see how mine looked, if yours look slightly pulled or twisted then that needs to get fixed.
