What did you do to your supra today? Pics

Ordered 3M Dual Lock, studs for my wastegate, and removed my A-pillar covers in preparation for removing the dash. On my Trooper, however, I pulled the driver's door panel to find what was rattling behind it, and found that my speaker was blown, and the frame that it sits in was broken. So I...

    Cross-compatible radiator fans?

I have a feeling that even a 1inch increase in diameter would require a shroud that would interfere with the hood. But all's well that ends well.

chasing intermittent signal to ecu (code 11)

Sorry to hear about your luck. I was going to tell you that the only time my car ever shut off on me, was when a wire rubbed against the egr pipe, and kept blowing the efi fuse, and was going to suggest you check that area. But then I saw your last post and laughed. Not AT you, just the irony...

Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1 through5- ***14 YEARS....Approaching the finish line!!!***

A big thanks to Tubbie, for getting a few parts for me: Brake line shield: And a TEMS unit. I just wanted the housing so that I could make a clean-looking switch unit out of it. 1/8" plastic sheet. And done. Just waiting on two switches to arrive.

Anyone else interested in a vinyl dash cover?

I'm in the same boat- Have to take my dash out to put a new ac core, and heater core in. My dash has one long crack on it, and don't want to put it back in like that. I am going to purchase a replacement, but I still want to do something with the old one. I might try and recover it myself. I'm...

    Cross-compatible radiator fans?

Efans? I would never want an efan. I ended up doing the same thing- Buying a brand new fan, as well as a brand new fan shroud.

    Turbo blew up :(

Yeah, If you're lucky then you can just slap a replacement turbo on, and run it. If you're unlucky, smaller bits of the compressor wheel made it through the intercooler and into your cylinders.

    morganson's COP S-Type setup

I've never heard of the DH61 being used with IS300 coils either.

    '87 Turbo overheating

I think you'd be fine without the shroud, until your oem type rad begins building blockage/ calcification at all, and you're in warmer temps. But at ~$75 for a new one, why would you risk overheating?

Are the boots easy to cut to proper length without screwing them up?

    morganson's COP S-Type setup

Lol. And ps again- How hard would it be to make the plate out of carbon fiber? I mean, its just a flat piece, with holes drilled out of it, right? Anyone up for trying that?

    '87 Turbo overheating

I'm definitely a fan of oem fan and shroud. In fact, i just ordered a brand new oem fan and shroud 2 hours ago. $180 for both shipped. Ive had the Flexalite 210's on my car before, and i switched back. They do the job just fine, but are noisier, and heaven forbid the fan switch, fuse, or relay...

    morganson's COP S-Type setup

Ps- how does the ~45Kv output compare to the is300 cop power?

    morganson's COP S-Type setup

I know we already discussed this, but to clarify- Either the dg500 or dg528 can be used, we just need the proper length boot, correct?
