    Ok I get 24x1.5mm pitch... As I said this tap is going to be exe! If you're just cleaning out the threads and have a spare plug grab an angle grinder with a thin disc and cut a groove or 2 across the threads and use this as a tap/chaser.

    Our blocks are very hard Cast Iron and the rings are hard so they tend to glaze the bore instead of breakin/seat.
