If the head is milled, you lose the clearance for that rivet. Safer to just remove the rivet though...

Timing is adjusted with a timing light... Hell, I never took the cap off mine when I installed it...

Kind of a no brainer if you ask me... Might as well put the TD06 on, you can always sell it later. You'll have a good, reliable platform to start from, and you know the system works...

carrier = diff get your terms right LOL Also, don't forget to do the fronts! The back of mine was fine, the fronts where scary loose...

Well, you could have the tank welded. You MUST purge the tank to do that though...

- Do you have a JDM ECU? - No, as the BOV is dedicated to that one line on the front, and the FPR is connected to the port on top of the throttle body. Looks like you also have a charcoal canister so you're missing another port (need the right throttle body and it makes me think you should...

If you have the stock airbox, good luck changing the air filter with a metal inlet pipe...

Looks right, you'll still have to set timing though.
