Then it might have been replaced with an inferior gear. If they're new gears and wheren't worn in yet (like a diff), you're gonna break them easier as well.

I always have to ask this, but why lower a DD? Depends on the year as the 89+ are lower from the factory and don't look bad in stock form, but any lowering spring is going to be a compromise and usually they aren't all they're cracked up to be...

If it's sinus mostly, use a neti pot. It looks strange, but if you use it daily it removes all the allergens, and also allows the hair to capture the allergens before they cause issues.

They do make adjustable arms for the back of our cars if it's too low, but I don't think yours is that low...
