Saw one today... Looks good, but I really don't like it that much in silver.
Also, the hood doesn's seem to flow with the bodylines, it looks too soft while everything else is angular.
Fix the car, then decide if you'll sell or not.
You'll get a whole lot more for the car if it's straight, leading to you having more money to buy something else if you want...
Coopers are GARBAGE, won't ever touch em again.
Also, BFG's have some of the stiffest sidewalls these days on some of their tires, dunno where you're getting that they're weak...
Well, it sounds like you're trying to just figure out how to make adapter brackets for some calipers, so you won't have to pull the bear races and everything out...
Now if you did a full CAD model to develop some billet hubs (More importantly who would be able to afford em LOL)
The owner's manual doesn't state anything about going fast with the top off :naughty:
It's not a TVR where the windshield wipers lift off the glass at 70MPH and the back glass blows out if you go over 100 with the windows down...
That's why there is a heat shield on the turbo... The plastic/rubber stock hosing won't conduct as much heat into the pipe as something metal, but my hard pipes are ceramic coated... You can use an insulator over that pipe, but it's not very pretty...
The funny fact of all this is that the turbo DOES spool even when free reving. A sensative BOV will goes off because there is still going to be a pressure wave from the turbo.
You won't build positive pressure though...
