VF has no bearing on what the car is doing at wot other then to show you that your in open loop (0.0V).
You can toss those diagrams out and save yourself the hassle of making a vf display. hook the blue wire up to the vf output from the ecu. Look under etc. and under check sensor. second...
Does your safc have a blue wire that is not used on the harness?
You can tune with the vf's or max them out (like many do with VE on the maft pro) to creat your own af ratio at a certain range. However since the safc or neo is rpms based, its not useful except at idle and at constant load...
cough cough, replace the crank timing belt pulley. Newer one has more welds holding on the belt guide. Make sure the keyway is good too. I always replace the bolts i take off that are vital (crank bolt) and make sure the crank snout has a nice layer of antisieze on it for future work.
what does the exhaust sound like? pops and gurgles?
You put the sensor before the cat correct? any exhaust leaks upstream?
Does it show a richer af ratio at cruise?
If its anything like classes ive taken (court mandated), they are a joke. It was a place to tell "war stories". (ive been through quite a bit of them) . My parents spent more money then you can blink an eye at my last year of highschool keeping me out of state and out of reach of the life i...
Got to pull the pulleys and timing pulley off the crank snout. Id replace all the seals unless they are fresh already (cams, oil pump shaft, etc..) Inspect the keyway as well. I would replace the timing belt pulley also with the updated one because if yours comes apart, you get to do it again...
on my old (2003) dodge pick up, the door sticker PSI kept tire wear normal/ flat/ even. If i went over/under i got the high spots or cupping. All the tires ranged at 50-60 psi max ps (20/55/275r)i. The sticker called for 35psi. Any deviation caused serious tire wear within 5-10,000 miles...
I guess i never understood it as setting tire limitations. I thought it was how to get the best wear/performance from a given tire with a stock suspension... Why else would they put a sticker like that in there?
say what?! i was always told the sticker on the CAR is what you should follow for DD and best wear and what not.
At what point do you begin to get wear patterns consistent with over inflation then?
