Damn...DON'T use dish soap to wash the car. It totally dries out the paint...use Meguiar's Gold Class Car wash. And yes, to get rid of the water spots, just use a cleaner wax, that should take care of it. You can use the Meguiar's, but I haven't ever tried it, I just always use Zymol cleaner...
