I think you'll be okay, just keep your eye on it.

It's normal to have to add coolant after something like that happens...air ubbles get trapped in the cooling systm, and while driving they are purged, and replaced with coolant from the reservoir. It may do it a cople of times, just keep your eye on it. Did the temp gauge go up at all?

Aaahhh..I see...I was thinking they were transparent (plastic), but they were bolted to the backside of the core support...duh...

Wouldn't the cracked block have shown up in the compression test? If it were me, I would want to know what caused he problem.

Aaron, what did you use to mount that FMIC on the Cressida? Are those plastic straps?

He's right^^^, but why would the #6 cylinder be full of coolant, and #1 be dry? I would think you would see the coolant up at the front of the motor, where the gap was... I think that since you already have the head off, just clean the block and head up really well, check them both for...
