the best advice is stay FAR away from ebay. there are A LOT of sellers advertising GT35Rs that are NOT real. your best bet is to buy from a reputable + authorized garrett dealer (atpturbo.com, etc.). yes, they are expensive.
that said, here are pix of a REAL GT35R to use for comparison to...
my wife is a dentist, so i get a never ending supply of latex or nitrile gloves. i prefer latex for the feel...
but for the times when i do get dirty, i use zep TKO soap. it's hard to find, but it's fantastic.
i've done no name calling.
as for working, define it. FEELS better? sure. actually doing something measurable? doubtful.

i'd imagine it is. take a spin through some of the patents issued....plenty of lame stuff in there. besides, just because it's patented doesn't make it WORK....

it sounds like you're talkin about some of the knock gauges out there that use GM sensors.
there's nothing wrong w/the stock sensors, other than age.
that sums it up. as w/all additives, they do exactly that- rely on testimonials, etc.
tek- really want to justifiy the stuff you're pushing? get some true testing done. unfortunately, you'll probably be depressed w/the results....
