You're focusing on inducer size and not what the turbo flows...the flow also depends on the compressor housing and the efficiency of the turbine. To make an accurate comparison, you have to look at the turbo map to see the flow in CFM. The boost in psi is not an indication of how the turbo...

I can't remember if the TRSM list that or not...I've always just made sure the linkage relaxes full travel with the gas pedal up. I leave just enough slack in the cable to where the pedal barely moves with my foot on it, just as a bit of feedback feel for my foot.

My SP turbo doesn't use coolant lines. Welded the feed/return closed on the water neck...no problems ;)

The dash pot should have no impact. Cable could be too tight or you have binding in the linkage. Have someone step on the gas while you take a look at it under the hood. Sure you got the TPS adjusted correctly? ;)
