I'd tune to the first signs of rattle on the electric ears then back it down 2 degrees and 2psi to keep it safe Dennis.
Every combination is different there's no xx psi for xx octane.
Dennis: Biggest benefit with good fuel is knock resistance, this will allow either more boost or more timing or a combination of both if you run out of boost room like you have.
I lift level until the studs on the mounts clear the subframe I then wind the load leveller to tilt the front of the engine up tilt/lift tilt/lift then fully tilt it and lift until the trans is about to touch the tunnel, move the car forward a bit and lift some more.
