I'd tune to the first signs of rattle on the electric ears then back it down 2 degrees and 2psi to keep it safe Dennis. Every combination is different there's no xx psi for xx octane.

Sounds like Stem seals Tracy. It'd be worth pulling the accordian hose off the turbo and checking for shaft play.
