    I machine the aluminium seal mount so the seal moves 1mm closer to the front of the engine and away from any wear/groove.

    Because there's a little pendulum in the Seat Belt retractor that senses if the car is at a weird angle/upside down and locks the belt. car that can pull decent G's in any direction will lock it.

    :fart: Beans?? Jack it up and put stands under the lower control arms as close to the rear wheels as possible then grab hold of the wheel and wiggle it top to bottom side to side.

    I just take it as a given that in a used performance engine 1 of the 36 measurements is going to be out of spec ;)

    Usually a badly adjusted or faulty TPS. Run through the links JDub provided it's all in there. You can actually pulls Trans codes and it may give you a hint where to look.
