Why?
Seriously if you haven't increased Airflow through the engine stock Injectors easily provide more than enough fuel to cope, most people that tune a stockish 7M are pulling fuel on the top end not adding it.
Whatever you get make sure they're long enough to prevent the shock bottoming out internally, I lost a Koni that way using stock bumpstops that split.....
(ended up using some aftermarket Porsche ones that have a nice progressive accordian section in them)

OP: If you have the pan off a block of wood between the Crank/Block will hold it then a breaker bar to undo the Big Bolt (It "should" be done up to 195 ft/lbs so expect a struggle)
Careful prying with 2 screwdrivers/crowbars usually...
