Personally I'd be more concerned with it's function than how it sounds but I guess that's just me, the Tial is a very well made part that should give many years service, I'd swap out the small Pressure fitting and give it a larger I'd supply so you can get a good volume of boost pressure to it...
Cat sound is probably air in the Pwr Steer circuit, it'll take awhile to bleed out, I'm NOT a fan of Heim joints on road cars unless you can find some way to seal them from the elements, they don't cope well being fullOcrap and will fail in time, the exact scenario you're trying to avoid ;)...
Not all that hard with a standalone if you have the time/smarts to do the tune yourself, most people won't spend the $$$ it requires to get Cold starts right as the tuner only get's one shot at it in each 24 hour period as the 2nd start ISN'T a cold start!
Keep in mind a bigger engine in a light chassis will require less throttle opening to maintain the same speed so "economy" isn't going to be a whole bunch different Mario :D

As high as possible and in line with a Main Bearing cap as Oil flung off the Conrod WILL block the drain enough to back Oil up into the Turbo and cause the James Bond smoke screen while driving.
