    COLD air intake

N/A's dont take to upgrades the way turbo's do... slap an intake on an N/A, and do the same for a turbo, and there'll be a hell of a difference between the the two. (difference in power gained by the upgrade, not power overall. we all know that the turbo is quicker) -shaeff

    Aftermarket Flywheel

sweeet:) Eric_Odie -i'm not sure about the others, but the fidanza has a replacable friction surface, so when it gets worn out, simply buy a new one. i wouldnt bother with a stocker, but thats just me. every part i can, and that i have the cash for, i try to upgrade. -shaeff

    COLD air intake

i wouldnt take the plasic undercover out. i'd put the filter in there, where there's nice calm air. dont you think it'd be harder for the turbo to suck in turbulent air, rather than nice calm air? i do, but then again, it is my opinion. -shaeff

    Coolest toy ever

i work at a movie theater, and we played a midnight show of starwars, (for which i was both the manager and projectionist= LOTS of work!!!) there was a huge line of star wars gu-ru's in the parkinglot, many of which had the exact same lightsaber you speak of. many of them were dressed up like...

    7M block questions (turbo related)

you mean are the blocks between turbo and N/A identical? no, they're not. its the same basic casting, but they're not the same. you cant just slap on a turbo manifold, and a turbo and call it a day. -shaeff

    lets play mad scientist

eh, yes the same block casting for the most part, but the N/A block lacks several things the turbo block has. such as oil passages for the turbo oil lines, for instance. and yes you can just slap a turbo head on there and be done with it. (the cams are different, but they'll work) -shaeff

    550 cc injector soldering project

ah, i'm no wiring expert, but thats just how it appeared upon looking at the schematic. well, at least i wasnt ALL wrong :) thank you for the correction, i'm off to bed! that was the jist of my theory, but Ideal has corrected me. i thought they fired 1/2 , 3/4 , and 5/6. i get it now. hmm...

    550 cc injector soldering project

oh i know that, i was implying that you could use the #2 injector wires for injector #1 injector #3 wires for injector #4 and injector #5 wires for injector #6. does that make sense? its 4:40am here, im tired, and its about bedtime, but i gotsta know! :) -shaeff

    550 cc injector soldering project

and i believe our injectors fire in a series of two at a time... well, at least thats what it looks like upon viewing the wiring schematics in the TSRM. http://cygnusx1.net/supra/library/Wiring/pages/Page_054.html so, it looks like you could even mix up injector wires 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5...
