LOL I was talking about the disasters that never saw the light of day or ran :p
(probably a good 80% of "builds" started here)
Mine at least ran and ran hard before each "upgrade" until it's demise..
No smilie no LOL dude knock it off in Tech it's misleading to the n00bs....
OP: If you're serious about upgrading the Damper go ATI there's nothing else out there and I wouldn't trust anything 2nd hand, new Toyota Damper is almost the same cost but was designed with 230 crank in mind.
Most of the staff don't have time to chase around for something YOU want stickied, do the leg work sort it all out and then we'll be happy to post it here. ;)
Got mine from the place that sells the ties Dan, it's a Steel version of a normal cable tie tool so tensions and cuts them.
I have the bottom one, really speeds things up and means less cuts!
Very welcome Dude!
The 2mm is usually the safe bet if not sure of dimensions and won't hurt off boost performance, I used to run a 3mm on a new head and block and that's noticable, a real dog off boost.
I Ceramic/TurboX coated my stock one, Wrapping wasn't so successful on the LSx I built recently but that was due to the HUGE surface area of pipes in the Bay.
