My point is the stock angle/height of the CB is somewhat Critical or Toyota wouldn't have fitted the Spacers, never heard of select fit spacers in there and would be surprised if they actually exist, there may be different part numbers for different years.
Why not repair the AC?
Most if not all Mk3's have water leaks and on cold nights it's going to fog the screens, the AC is the best way to remove the fog bar none.
Release bearing SHOULDN'T be touching.....
There's no sprung hub in the Discs so you'll get chatter from the Input shaft Splines then you'll get floater rattle from the intermediate plates whenever you push the clutch in, all part of running Race parts in a Street car..
In the stupidity stakes it was right up there with guys here "cleaning up the engine bay" by deleting things they have NFI about or Morons that run excessive Camber cos "it looks cool" then pissing/moaning about tires that only last 3000 miles... :nono:
Yeah you wouldn't want to make a part Light Strong and Nearly indestructable then hide it away so none of the ricers can see it... :nono: quick better e-mail all the F1 teams about their hidden tubs...
Educate them, not everyone knows everything and they may thank you for it as the 7M is a fussy bitch about bearings.
My crank shop calls them the Japanese Clevite77's (the real 77's not reboxed mystery bearings)
