1st Gen Chinese made parts are usually junk for one reason or another be it metalurgy or tolerences...
2nd to 3rd Gen stuff is most times functional and good value as they actually listen and make running changes to correct issues if the designer/customer having the parts produced brings it...
I did mine a bit differently, I used a HUGE AR turbine and used the QS Valve to retain normal boost response allowing the Engine to breathe better on the top end.

As long as the Caps are in phase and it's balanced as an assembly it doesn't matter about the 90 out, Try this jack the back of the car up and put a stand or a jack under the lower control arm so the weight of the car is on the suspension and the wheel is off the ground.
