Bubble flares are one of the most demanding flares on tooling to do SG, that shit is so hard...
Wouldn't imagine SS is going to be a great material for the heater core gonna be interesting to see how it performs, If I were doing it I'd have gone Al.

(would be far easier to use thickwall tube and and turn it in a Lathe)
I pretty well machine every engine these days it's just not worth the risk on a 7M as they're all getting on ;)
