Fuel pump rewire, using a relay:

the 10 gauge power wire is running from the battery to the relay. when the stock positive fuel pump wire is turned on via the ignition, it activates the relay, allowing the 10 gauge power wire to power the fuel pump. :) the 10 gauge power wire doesnt go into the tank. i just cut off the stock...

it should be, as i cannot imagine that they changed vacuum lines/routings on the N/A motors all that much, if any at all. -shaeff

    stock 7mge injectors

you could probably call RC engineering and give them the P/N off the side, and they can tell you what it is. :) that's what i did when i got scammed on some injectors. (they were 550's, but crappy ones...) -shaeff

Did i get the right FCD?

FCD's are crap. fuel cut is there for a reason. if you dont have the proper upgrades to support big horsepower, dont get one, as you'll probably lean out and grenade your motor. though, hotts, i believe you're plenty upgraded, arent you? -shaeff

    where to drill?

dont drill any holes at all! :) i ran mine through an existing grommet that had four wires running through it... works great. -shaeff

    removing condensor?

get it drained by a professional. it's not expensive, and you're doing yourself a favor. i removed mine when i had my engine out, so i really cant say for sure how easy it is with the engine in the car... mine came out super easy. -shaeff

    about 1'' of throttle freeplay

in the thread below that i linked to, you can see some pics of how i used the JDM TB setup on my car. note that you turbo guys will need either an N/A throttle cable, or a custom cable. (my car was previously N/A so i aleady had the longer throttle cable)...

    Heater hose

since my motor is JDM, (different hose routings) and i hated the fact that those hoses are a PITA to get to, i made my own heater hoses out of 5/8" heater hose. works great, and super cheap. HOWEVER, if i had a stock USDM motor, i'd get TOYOTA hoses. :) -shaeff
