if your engine harness is an '89+ then there are no connectors for the HAC sensor because it's located INSIDE the ECU, instead of having an external HAC like the pre '89 cars do.
if your connectors are yellow, you must mate them to yellow connetors. ;)

Cya: good luck getting a pre '89 harness to connect to an '89+ harness. here's what you should do:
you have an '89 chassis. it has gray ECU plugs, correct? if so, you need to get the late style, TURBO engine harness and ECU. (89-92)
the 87-88 (yellow plug) wiring harness will NOT plug into...
^ you're brave. don't be surprised if your motor grenades itself due to lack of fuel after the stock pump dies.

if it's 400hp, it should DEFINATELY be RWHP. hell, i'm at 340hp on the stock turbo and it's got chipped impeller blades and shaft play! (289rwhp/295ft lb tq)

heh, about 2 months ago, i GAVE away stock AFM electronics. (well, the person i gave them to paid shipping)
however, it's not uncommon for them to sell for $30-40.
