Dash comes out in less than a hour if you know what bolts need to come out. Depending on ac or not takes about another half hour to get the get heater core actually out. Prolly 2.5-3hours total easy if your good.

You just dont hook up the trans wires and can remove them from the harness. Do you have ign switch wire from the body connector to the ecu wired up? Do you have the main power wires like mrel batt and b+ wired from fuse box to ecu?

A longer rod is not going to chage the displacement. There are many nice rods for the 2j out that are the capable for 1k + hp.

It's the same as a 1 or 2j swap for a 2jzge. Can be ran of 7m electronics as well.
